Empowered Forward delivers Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) courses directly, as a Licensed Mental Health First Aid Instructor through Mental Health First Aid Australia and MHFA training provides general first aid skills for mental health crises. It is not clinical training and does not authorise participants to diagnose, treat, or provide therapeutic interventions.
All training delivered by Empowered Forward is educational in nature and is not a clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or healthcare service. Nothing provided through Empowered Forward—whether practical, written, verbal, online, or in person—constitutes nursing advice, clinical assessment, treatment, or professional healthcare. Training content does not replace professional, medical, legal, or emergency advice. Participants remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and wellbeing during and after training.
