SECTION 1 — ALLEN’S TRAINING PTY LTD RTO 90909

All nationally recognised training, non‑accredited courses and programs, and online courses and programs listed on this website are delivered on behalf of Allen’s Training Pty Ltd RTO 90909 by Empowered Forward (except Mental Health First Aid courses, or other courses that Empowered Forward is authorised to deliver with permission of, or on behalf of, a third party, as well as any courses that Empowered Forward has independently developed and is authorised to deliver). Where a course is delivered with or on behalf of a third party other than Allen’s Training Pty Ltd RTO 90909 or Mental Health First Aid Australia, participants will be clearly informed of the third party involved.

For all courses delivered on behalf of Allen’s Training Pty Ltd RTO 90909, you also agree to the Terms & Conditions, Policies, Disclaimers, and Student Handbook of Allen’s Training Pty Ltd RTO 90909. This includes acceptance of any third‑party resources, links, references, or information accessed through Empowered Forward’s platforms.

For nationally recognised training, non‑accredited courses, and online programs delivered on behalf of Allen’s Training Pty Ltd RTO 90909, all RTO‑related responsibilities, regulatory obligations, and certification requirements rest with Allen’s Training Pty Ltd RTO 90909.

SECTION 2 — MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID (MHFA)

Empowered Forward delivers Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) courses directly, as a Licensed Mental Health First Aid Instructor through Mental Health First Aid Australia and MHFA training provides general first aid skills for mental health crises. It is not clinical training and does not authorise participants to diagnose, treat, or provide therapeutic interventions.

SECTION 3 — EMPOWERED FORWARD (TRAINING NATURE, LIMITATIONS, LIABILITY)

All training delivered by Empowered Forward is educational in nature and is not a clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or healthcare service. Nothing provided through Empowered Forward—whether practical, written, verbal, online, or in person—constitutes nursing advice, clinical assessment, treatment, or professional healthcare. Training content does not replace professional, medical, legal, or emergency advice. Participants remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and wellbeing during and after training.

As a sole trader, Empowered Forward accepts no liability for any loss, injury, damage, or claim arising from participation in training, use of information, or reliance on materials provided, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian law.
